Marsha changed her major from nursing to social work and has not had any regrets. Marsha feels as if her career choice has allotted the opportunity to work with some of the most vulnerable populations, social ills, stigmas, and injustices. She believes that change happens when people are given the support needed to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live a fulfilling life. “I have this core belief there is nothing that love can’t fix,” stated Marsha.

Marsha has over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse clients providing both long term and brief interventions. She has worked within the state juvenile justice system, multiple psychiatric hospitals, day treatment settings, a contract therapist for Little Rock School District, and several outpatient mental health clinics, providing crisis services, intensive in-home services, group counseling, family counseling and individual
counseling. Marsha’s personal mission does, has, and always will include the objective of fostering an environment for others in which mediocrity is not an option individually, collectively, and most importantly the standard for humanity. There is no greater unifying spiritual expression than when we serve together.
